La inversi\u00f3n y desarrollo han sido una constante en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. Sin embargo, los consumidores modernos tambi\u00e9n demandan nuevos servicios y quieren que suceda r\u00e1pido. Entonces, \u00bfqu\u00e9 hacer con lo que ya se ten\u00eda y c\u00f3mo aprovecharlo para llegar a Open X?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las nuevas generaciones de consumidores, encabezados por los millennials, cada vez ocupan un lugar m\u00e1s relevante en la econom\u00eda global y un aspecto que los caracteriza es su par\u00e1metro para adquirir servicios, el cual est\u00e1 orientado en reconocer el valor de las experiencias, especialmente cuando se integran a su vida diaria y la simplifican.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con indicadores arrojados por el World Retail Banking Report (WRBR) 2019<a href=\"#_ftn1\" id=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>, de Capgemini y Efma, las tres razones principales por las que los clientes recurren a productos financieros no tradicionales son: menor costo (70%), facilidad de uso (68%) y un servicio m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido (54%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adicionalmente, el mismo estudio (WRBR 2019) indica que 75% de los consumidores expertos en tecnolog\u00eda utilizan al menos un producto financiero de las Bigtechs y m\u00e1s del 80% de los millennials est\u00e1n utilizando pagos, tarjetas o productos de cuentas bancarias de Bigtechs o nuevos bancos completamente digitales (challenger Banks). De esta forma se puede constatar que ha comenzado una ola que pone de manifiesto cierto nivel de vulnerabilidad de la banca tradicional al perder clientes frente a los nuevos jugadores en los tres grandes pilares de su operaci\u00f3n: intermediaci\u00f3n de pagos, colocaci\u00f3n de pr\u00e9stamos en distintas modalidades e incluso captaci\u00f3n de recursos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Considerando que las demandas actuales giran en torno a tener un mercado compartido, impulsado en primera instancia por la Banca Abierta, la banca tradicional debe comprender que una innovaci\u00f3n interna y aislada generar\u00eda p\u00e9rdidas de oportunidades y una menor participaci\u00f3n en el mercado. Por ello, la propuesta de acci\u00f3n que trae consigo la <strong>Apertura extendida de la banca (Open X)<\/strong> contempla maximizar las fortalezas ya existentes y con ello apalancar la colaboraci\u00f3n con los nuevos actores del sector para, en conjunto, resolver de manera integral el bienestar financiero de los consumidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para lograrlo, la banca tendr\u00e1 que mejorar sus capacidades internas, al tiempo que trabaja en colaboraci\u00f3n con las FinTechs y BigTechs. El objetivo debiera ser acelerar la innovaci\u00f3n y evolucionar de la segmentaci\u00f3n y microsegmentaci\u00f3n en la que se acostumbra a trabajar, a la resoluci\u00f3n de necesidades m\u00e1s particulares, a experiencias m\u00e1s personalizadas. Para ello, los bancos requieren elegir de manera estrat\u00e9gica a los socios que complementen su portafolio de productos, de tal manera que se puedan beneficiar al obtener lo mejor de los dos mundos y aumentar su \u00edndice de credibilidad y confianza frente al p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En s\u00edntesis, la <strong>Apertura extendida de la banca (Open X)<\/strong> es una pr\u00e1ctica proactiva de colaboraci\u00f3n con FinTechs y BigTechs, que impulse la excelencia en el uso de datos compartidos y que fomente un intercambio continuo de recursos para lograr, tanto una mejor experiencia de clientes como una innovaci\u00f3n acelerada de productos y servicios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/ar-es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/24\/2020\/06\/bernardo-valle-002.png?w=300\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-57595\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Bernardo Valle es Director de Servicios Financieros \u2013 Banca de Capgemini M\u00e9xico, empresa l\u00edder global en consultor\u00eda, servicios de tecnolog\u00eda, y transformaci\u00f3n digita.
