Los expertos de Capgemini Invent examinan c\u00f3mo las organizaciones chinas superaron sus desaf\u00edos a trav\u00e9s de la innovaci\u00f3n y c\u00f3mo est\u00e1n redefiniendo el futuro de los negocios.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-como-los-recursos-compartidos-permitieron-a-los-minoristas-de-china-gestionar-un-aumento-de-la-demanda\">C\u00f3mo los recursos compartidos permitieron a los minoristas de China gestionar un aumento de la demanda<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el brote de COVID-19 hace tres meses, China ha sacrificado su econom\u00eda en un esfuerzo desesperado por contener la gravedad de esta epidemia. Aunque la gran mayor\u00eda de los sectores empresariales sufrieron las limitaciones econ\u00f3micas, el mercado de productos frescos en l\u00ednea experiment\u00f3 un gran aumento en los negocios. Para satisfacer la demanda, el sector tuvo que superar desaf\u00edos nuevos e inesperados. La forma en que los jugadores l\u00edderes han hecho esto puede sugerir una mejor pr\u00e1ctica futura en la distribuci\u00f3n de comestibles y alimentos frescos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-aumento-en-los-negocios\">Aumento en los negocios<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el cierre de la ciudad al nivel nacional, la compra en l\u00ednea de alimentos frescos y comestibles se convirti\u00f3 en una necesidad b\u00e1sica. Por lo tanto, el mercado de productos frescos en l\u00ednea se enfrent\u00f3 a un aumento de la demanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan los datos de Walmart, en la \u00faltima semana de enero, justo antes del A\u00f1o Nuevo chino y el comienzo de la crisis, el volumen de suministro de verduras super\u00f3 las 10.000 toneladas y la carne de 2.000 toneladas. <a href=\"https:\/\/tech.sina.com.cn\/i\/2020-02-07\/doc-iimxxste9456524.shtml\">Solo tres semanas despu\u00e9s, la demanda hab\u00eda crecido 1.5 veces<\/a>. Y ha estado creciendo desde entonces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/ar-es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/24\/2020\/03\/Perspective-From-China-1-1-17.jpg\" alt=\"Perspective From China Part 1\" class=\"wp-image-49687\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Las medidas tomadas para la contingencia hicieron de las compras online una necesidad&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como uno de los principales actores en la entrega a domicilio, JD inform\u00f3 que el volumen total de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.xinhuanet.com\/food\/2020-02\/05\/c_1125534401.htm\">pedidos de carne aument\u00f3 en m\u00e1s del 700% d<\/a>urante este A\u00f1o Nuevo chino en comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo per\u00edodo del a\u00f1o pasado, mientras que el volumen de pedidos de frutas y verduras creci\u00f3 un 400%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En general, un fuerte aumento de la demanda de productos frescos benefici\u00f3 a todos los principales actores e impuls\u00f3 los tres indicadores clave de su negocio de comestibles en l\u00ednea:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El n\u00famero de pedidos en l\u00ednea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los nuevos usuarios generales de la plataforma en l\u00ednea (especialmente grupos de personas mayores)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El valor promedio de la transacci\u00f3n, que tambi\u00e9n aument\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-introducir-una-nueva-flexibilidad-en-los-recursos-humanos\">Introducir una nueva flexibilidad en los recursos humanos.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar de la abundancia de productos frescos, la capacidad insuficiente impidi\u00f3 a las empresas satisfacer el aumento de la demanda. Pero m\u00e1s que la disponibilidad del producto, la limitaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s importante fue la falta de mano de obra para manejar la log\u00edstica y atender a los clientes en l\u00ednea, ya que la capacidad de movilizar recursos humanos se vio muy comprometida por el cierre de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya reconocido por sus innovaciones en el comercio minorista, Alibaba introdujo un \u201cmodelo de arrendamiento de recursos\u201d dise\u00f1ado para compartir mano de obra. Para su cadena de supermercados Hema, que enfrent\u00f3 un aumento masivo de la demanda, Alibaba comenz\u00f3 con el intercambio de recursos ad-hoc para llenar la brecha en mano de obra y atender pedidos en l\u00ednea. De hecho, mientras Hema fue desafiada por la escasez de personal, las cadenas de restaurantes tradicionales cuyos puntos de venta estaban cerrados tuvieron problemas con el gasto excesivo en empleados subutilizados. Por lo tanto, Hema se asoci\u00f3 con estas cadenas para compartir sus recursos humanos: una soluci\u00f3n beneficiosa para todos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/ar-es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/24\/2020\/03\/Picture3_Perspective-From-China-2-17.jpg\" alt=\"Perspective From China Part 1\" class=\"wp-image-49688\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Aliarse para crear una situaci\u00f3n ganar-ganar<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras introducir este modelo de arrendamiento de recursos durante la crisis, Alibaba se est\u00e1 preparando para digitalizarlo e industrializarlo a\u00fan m\u00e1s. En abril, presentar\u00e1n una plataforma digital para administrar la mano de obra compartida e integrar el modelo de arrendamiento de recursos en sus operaciones en curso. Seg\u00fan Hema, el an\u00e1lisis de datos se aplicar\u00e1 para clasificar los perfiles de los empleados, como a\u00f1os de experiencia, especializaci\u00f3n y roles coincidentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La econom\u00eda compartida de los recursos puede impulsar una mayor flexibilidad laboral en China, <a href=\"https:\/\/epaper.scdaily.cn\/shtml\/scrb\/20200324\/233349.shtml\">donde actualmente es m\u00e1s baja que en Jap\u00f3n o Europa<\/a>. Pero este no es el \u00fanico beneficio que se espera de este nuevo enfoque para la gesti\u00f3n de recursos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En primer lugar, un enfoque digital para el intercambio flexible de recursos aclarar\u00e1 las responsabilidades de los empleadores al agrupar a los empleados y resolver\u00e1 preguntas sobre responsabilidad legal y seguros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En segundo lugar, la flexibilidad en tiempo real que proporciona acomodar\u00e1 las variaciones en la velocidad de recuperaci\u00f3n, ayudando a igualar los recursos con la demanda.
