Para lograrlo se requiere no s\u00f3lo una modernizaci\u00f3n de procesos, sino la adopci\u00f3n de un enfoque orientado hacia la colaboraci\u00f3n con nuevos actores como BigTechs y FinTechs a fin de conformar un ecosistema financiero m\u00e1s robusto. Hablamos de un modelo situado un paso adelante de la Banca Abierta.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde que se plante\u00f3 la implementaci\u00f3n de la llamada Banca Abierta (Open Banking, en ingl\u00e9s), la cual habilita la conectividad a trav\u00e9s del uso de interfaces de programaci\u00f3n de aplicaciones (API) para proporcionar acceso seguro de terceros a los datos financieros, se hablaba de un cambio en el paradigma del sistema financiero al facilitar la participaci\u00f3n de nuevos jugadores que tendr\u00edan la posibilidad de realizar funciones como: apertura de cuentas, dep\u00f3sitos o transferencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, a la fecha, la adopci\u00f3n de la Banca Abierta ha sido lenta. De acuerdo con indicadores arrojados por el World Retail Banking Report (WRBR) 2019<a href=\"#_ftn1\" id=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>, de Capgemini y Efma, de los bancos encuestados que han implementado iniciativas basados en este modelo, s\u00f3lo 32.7% ejecutaron proyectos de manera efectiva. De ellos, \u00fanicamente 21.2% han logrado resultados exitosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Considerando las cifras que demuestran esta lenta adopci\u00f3n y los desaf\u00edos a los que se enfrenta el sector bancario, alentados por las demandas digitales de la generaci\u00f3n millennial, es el momento oportuno para avanzar a un esquema m\u00e1s efectivo para ofrecer una mejor oferta de valor para los clientes. Este modelo, desarrollado por Capgemini, es la <strong>Apertura extendida de la Banca (Open X),<\/strong> que involucra establecer alianzas en una colaboraci\u00f3n proactiva y abierta con BigTechs y FinTechs, aprovechando las capacidades y fortalezas de los socios participantes a favor de mejorar y potenciar las experiencias positivas de los consumidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para lograrlo, los cuestionamientos a resolver son: \u00bfa qu\u00e9 segmentos de clientes se quiere atender?, \u00bfqu\u00e9 experiencias y necesidades de usuario se van a resolver? Estas respuestas ser\u00e1n las pistas para hacer una b\u00fasqueda proactiva de los socios indicados con quienes se puede colaborar para dise\u00f1ar una nueva estrategia de negocios, que parta del entendimiento de las necesidades de los clientes para la creaci\u00f3n de experiencias y, en funci\u00f3n de eso, transiten a la habilitaci\u00f3n de nuevos productos y servicios financieros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al ejecutar eficazmente la Apertura extendida de la Banca (Open X) se logra un doble efecto: mantener a los clientes actuales y aumentar las oportunidades de negocio con un crecimiento en el volumen de transacciones a trav\u00e9s de la bancarizaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s consumidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediante la Apertura extendida de la Banca (Open X), la banca tradicional aporta la infraestructura de servicios y datos, mientras que las Fintechs y Bigtechs pueden contribuir con las capacidades operacionales y tecnol\u00f3gicas para la innovaci\u00f3n \u00e1gil; as\u00ed juntos pueden llegar a atender experiencias de vida financiera m\u00e1s cercanas a cada consumidor.
