Debemos tomar este d\u00eda como una oportunidad para crear conciencia sobre los derechos humanos de las personas lesbianas, gays, bisexuales y transg\u00e9nero (LGBT+). Tambi\u00e9n es una oportunidad para celebrar la diversidad y la inclusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La identidad de g\u00e9nero de una persona nunca debe ser una causa para sentirse asustada o discriminada. Todos los seres humanos nacen libres e iguales en dignidad y derechos. En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, las personas LGBT+ han hecho enormes progresos a nivel mundial en la reivindicaci\u00f3n de derechos e inclusi\u00f3n. Sin embargo, algunos de ellos siguen enfrentando discriminaci\u00f3n y violencia generalizadas, lo que conduce a la exclusi\u00f3n. Esto afecta negativamente tanto a la vida de las personas LGBT+como a las comunidades y econom\u00edas en las que viven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Direcci\u00f3n de Diversidad e Inclusi\u00f3n de Grupos en Capgemini, tiene como enfoque dar la oportunidad a todos los colegas de ser su aut\u00e9ntico yo, asegurando un entorno inclusivo donde puedan prosperar independientemente de su orientaci\u00f3n sexual, identidad de g\u00e9nero o antecedentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este compromiso comienza fomentando una mejor comprensi\u00f3n de los desaf\u00edos de quienes sufren discriminaci\u00f3n. Capacitaciones, seminarios web, talleres y campa\u00f1as de concientizaci\u00f3n, son cruciales para ayudar a luchar contra los estereotipos y el sesgo inconsciente. Tambi\u00e9n significa asegurarnos de que tenemos las herramientas adecuadas para ayudar a luchar contra cualquier tipo de discriminaci\u00f3n: proceso de RRHH inclusivo y gesti\u00f3n de liderazgo, plataformas o l\u00ednea de ayuda para plantear preocupaciones sobre cuestiones de \u00e9tica y comportamiento, c\u00f3digo de \u00e9tica empresarial, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los grupos de recursos de los empleados tambi\u00e9n son clave para crear un entorno de trabajo m\u00e1s inclusivo. En Capgemini, nuestro grupo de recursos para empleados LGBT+ OUTFront es fundamental para crear conciencia y realizar cambios en el lugar de trabajo. Fomentan un sentido de comunidad para los empleados de grupos subrepresentados, permiti\u00e9ndoles un espacio seguro en el que discutir sus logros y desaf\u00edos.
