La banca tradicional no se puede quedar atr\u00e1s, requiere transformarse con el apoyo colaborativo de socios como las FinTechs, las cuales han llegado a ser competidores formidables en el ecosistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los principales elementos con los que las FinTechs y BigTechs han logrado ganar terreno en el mercado financiero y conseguir clientes es su capacidad de entregar experiencias hiperpersonalizadas, gracias al procesamiento de grandes cantidades de datos en tiempo real. Esta estrategia resulta m\u00e1s exitosa al dirigirse a las nuevas generaciones, quienes buscan una amplia gama de productos y servicios acorde a sus preferencias y que se integren a otras plataformas y aplicaciones, como redes sociales, donde el acceso est\u00e1 a un clic de distancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con cifras del WFR 2020<a href=\"#_ftn1\" id=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> de Capgemini, los clientes (especialmente millennials y expertos en tecnolog\u00eda) prefieren a las BigTechs y los bancos innovadores debido a que su oferta de productos ofrece bajos costos (70%), cuentan con una mayor facilidad de uso (68%) y destacan por su rapidez en el servicio (54%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ser innovadores, los bancos tradicionales tendr\u00e1n que asumir el modelo de Open X (apertura extendida de la banca) por medio de una colaboraci\u00f3n, centrada en el cliente y basada en un intercambio continuo de datos y recursos para lograr una entrega acelerada de productos personalizados. Dentro de dicha colaboraci\u00f3n, es importante que los bancos identifiquen su rol, basado en sus fortalezas, para generar el m\u00e1ximo valor dentro la asociaci\u00f3n, ya sea como proveedor (supplier), agregador (aggregator) u orquestador (orchestrator).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed, para lograr una colaboraci\u00f3n efectiva entre bancos y FinTechs se requiere llevar a cabo las mejores pr\u00e1cticas a lo largo de cuatro pilares fundamentales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Gente:<\/em><\/strong> establecer un equipo aut\u00f3nomo dedicado a la asociaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Finanzas:<\/em><\/strong> asumir un enfoque de innovaci\u00f3n que permita identificar las oportunidades de valor y reducir p\u00e9rdidas oportunamente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Negocios<\/em><\/strong><em>:<\/em> escalar en conjunto con terceros confiables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Tecnolog\u00eda<\/em><\/strong><em>:<\/em> reducir la dependencia en los sistemas legados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta forma, los bancos tradicionales que puedan transformarse en bancos innovadoras a trav\u00e9s de la colaboraci\u00f3n efectiva con FinTechs para industrializar la innovaci\u00f3n, ser\u00e1n jugadores valiosos dentro del nuevo ecosistema financiero y lograr\u00e1n mantenerse a la vanguardia de las expectativas de los clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/ar-es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/24\/2020\/06\/bernardo-valle-002.png?w=300\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-57595\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Bernardo Valle es Director de Servicios Financieros \u2013 Banca de Capgemini M\u00e9xico, empresa l\u00edder global en consultor\u00eda, servicios de tecnolog\u00eda, y transformaci\u00f3n digita.
