La respuesta no es tan simple ya que, por ejemplo, la Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Instituciones de Seguros (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.milenio.com\/negocios\/seguros-amis-preve-caida-3-1-2020-crisis-covid-19\">AMIS<\/a>) prev\u00e9 una ca\u00edda del 0.33% para las aseguradoras en 2021, lo cual se traduce en un posible estancamiento con peque\u00f1os picos en gastos m\u00e9dicos y p\u00f3lizas por desastres naturales que implican replantear constantemente sus objetivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este pron\u00f3stico, los servicios de seguros est\u00e1n obligados a examinar la forma en que hacen negocios tomando en cuenta todos los aprendizajes de 2020. Lo primero es analizar cu\u00e1l es la situaci\u00f3n de cada compa\u00f1\u00eda y revisar qu\u00e9 pasa en su entorno. Esto con la finalidad de tener toda la informaci\u00f3n a la mano para tomar decisiones realistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ello, en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/LifeInsurance-ExternalClient-POV2020v2.pdf\">Capgemini<\/a> contamos con una metodolog\u00eda, la cual se base en tres fases: evaluaci\u00f3n y planificaci\u00f3n; transformaci\u00f3n; y gesti\u00f3n del proceso de modernizaci\u00f3n del esquema de negocios, apoyados en todo momento por el uso de tecnolog\u00eda acorde a sus necesidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dentro de la primera fase hay que tomar en cuenta los objetivos actuales de la aseguradora, la din\u00e1mica del mercado, todos los actores involucrados en el proceso (proveedores, clientes, agentes, brokers, etc\u00e9tera) y, por supuesto, las diferentes alternativas tecnol\u00f3gicas que tienen a su alcance. Algo que siempre recalcamos a nuestros clientes es que un proyecto de reemplazo de plataforma core no transforma en s\u00ed al negocio. La moderanizaci\u00f3n de plataformas core de seguros no son sino meros habilitadores de la transformaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dentro de esta ecuaci\u00f3n, la base principal debe estar centrada en el an\u00e1lisis del consumidor ya que, para nadie es un secreto, en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os ha tenido una notable evoluci\u00f3n hacia el uso de soluciones digitales y en buscar alternativas omnicanal que garanticen respuesta inmediata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De hecho, en un an\u00e1lisis del mercado realizado por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Health-Insurance-top-trends-2021-web-1.pdf\">Capgemini<\/a> se encontr\u00f3 que 75% de los asegurados estar\u00edan dispuestos a cambiar de proveedor si les ofrece soluciones flexibles, a la medida y con una experiencia de cliente completa (digital y presencial). Al tomar en cuenta las necesidades de sus asegurados y futuros contratantes de p\u00f3lizas, las compa\u00f1\u00edas podr\u00e1n identificar qu\u00e9 tipo de servicios buscan, a trav\u00e9s de qu\u00e9 canales estar\u00e1n consultando informaci\u00f3n y qu\u00e9 tiempo de respuesta esperan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez conociendo el perfil de su mercado objetivo, en el proceso de definici\u00f3n de su nuevo modelo de negocios, las aseguradoras deber\u00e1n contemplar la adopci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas innovadoras que les permitan seguir impulsando soluciones competitivas a sus clientes. IA, anal\u00edtica predictiva y el uso de la nube son solo algunas de las alternativas que les ayudar\u00e1n a generar activos de informaci\u00f3n (<em>insights and data)<\/em> para la toma oportuna de decisiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente ya existen plataformas que integran aplicativos espec\u00edficos por sector y que se pueden implementar en las aseguradoras con algunos ajustes personalizados y facilitan la comunicaci\u00f3n con algunos sistemas legados. De tal manera que no es necesario hacer un cambio radical, sino ir adecuado tomando en cuenta los objetivos de negocio de cada compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por supuesto, para lograr esta integraci\u00f3n, es necesario la consultor\u00eda de empresas expertas que acompa\u00f1an a las aseguradoras en su gesti\u00f3n del proceso de transformaci\u00f3n del negocio, incluyendo la parte tecnol\u00f3gica, para brindar valor a su ecosistema operativo.
