Es decir, se basa en una transformaci\u00f3n digital, la cual representa nuevas formas en que la tecnolog\u00eda se integra con la sociedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para lograr una transformaci\u00f3n digital eficiente e integral en las organizaciones, es importante que cada una de las partes que conforman a las empresas est\u00e9 dentro del procedimiento del cambio. De esta forma, el trabajo, los procesos y la relaci\u00f3n con clientes, tanto externos como internos, tendr\u00e1n un efecto positivo hacia la digitalizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A nivel mundial, existen alrededor de 4.66 mil millones de personas que navegan en Internet, seg\u00fan el <a href=\"https:\/\/wearesocial.com\/digital-2021\">estudio Digital 2021 realizado por We Are Social y Hootsuite<\/a>, lo cual implica que, posiblemente, hoy no exista una sola industria en el mundo que no vea la necesidad de ser parte del mundo digital. Ejemplo de ello, es el sector de seguros de vida y anualidades que, ante la situaci\u00f3n financiera mundial actual, se ha visto en la necesidad de adoptar tecnolog\u00eda moderna para eliminar costos, as\u00ed como dise\u00f1ar nuevos productos y an\u00e1lisis de datos para lograr m\u00e1s ventas, por ejemplo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y es que hoy, el proceso de transformaci\u00f3n digital de esta industria se ha acelerado ante la situaci\u00f3n de contingencia por el COVID-19, as\u00ed como por las exigencias de un consumidor cada vez m\u00e1s digital.
