She has been a member of the Group Executive Committee since May 2017.<br><br>Prior to becoming Group Strategic Accounts Program Leader, Rosemary was the Group\u2019s Chief Sales Officer from 2017 to 2020. Before this, Rosemary led Capgemini\u2019s Financial Services business in the UK and Ireland from 2015.<br><br>During her 20+ years at Capgemini, Rosemary has held various leadership roles including heading Capgemini\u2019s UK banking business and prior to that, Capgemini\u2019s Application Management and Financial Services businesses in Scotland. Throughout this time Rosemary and her team delivered a number of large programs covering retail banking, multi-channel sales performance, product development, post-merger integration and customer service improvement.<br><br>Rosemary specializes in developing senior client relationships and ensuring the delivery of complex programs to support business transformation.<br><br>Prior to joining
