I have more than 10 years of experience in Change Management Consultancy and Organizational Culture for projects of business transformation and technological implementations, being the responsible for leading and designing the implementation of Change Management strategies covering this subjects: vision, readiness, communication, skills development and sustainability.
I Work together with clients, identifying the enablers and barriers of the business culture as well as lessons learned and organizational impacts, for the quick and efficient implementation of the changes.
