The Rightshore® production model was boosted in 2012 with the opening up of more Centers of Excellence, especially in India. In order to improve the quality of services provided to clients, more Lean Methodology was rolled out and the industrialization process was strengthened. At the same time, Capgemini continued to draw on a network of partners, each a leader in its own right.
