An Enterprise Architecture translates the strategic objectives and vision of an enterprise into a realizable blueprint for business and IT change.

Development

Capgemini help organizations develop their Enterprise Architecture, working closely with business and IT to understand the business drivers and vision and how this needs to be reflected in the Enterprise Architecture. We work collaboratively with key stakeholders to understand their business and technology challenges from which the Enterprise Architecture can be derived.

Through use of our Integrated Architecture Framework, we provide a proven and pragmatic approach to developing the Enterprise Architecture with a common language, so that the Enterprise Architects can more effectively work together both across Capgemini and with our clients.

Deployment

Once the Enterprise Architecture has been defined to provide the vision for the end-state, it is important to ensure the Enterprise Architecture is used to guide projects, that a change program is defined and enacted to move the business towards this goal, and to acknowledge that the Architecture will need to change over time as new pressures and opportunities from inside and outside the business.

Through the use of our Integrated Architecture Framework, the models and deliverables from the Enterprise Architecture can be used as input into the Solutions Architectures being delivered from the Enterprise Architecture.

Governance

Capgemini help organizations to develop the change program and to design and create the governance model to ensure that the Enterprise Architecture is able to deliver value to the business, and continue to do so as circumstances change. Those organizations that do not have an Enterprise Architecture capability, we also help develop this capability.
