Postal Services: Business Transformation – Dos and Don’ts.

As part of this year’s World Mail & Express Conference in Brussels, Dirk Palder, Vice President, Capgemini, will lead a transformation seminar on May 17. The seminar, entitled “Postal Services: Business Transformation – Dos and Don’ts,” will look at key findings from this year’s research by Capgemini’s Postal Lab on new product and service innovations.

The analysis is based on key findings from postal operators worldwide regarding their methods for transformation based on digital product and service innovations. An in-depth discussion about different approaches to organizing and motivating large organizations will follow the presentation.
