Deutsche Post AG hired Capgemini to retire existing HR systems and replace with a modern ERP-based platform that leveraged SAPstandards and had SAP-HR at its heart.
The result is the largest HR-system in the world. Despite some unique elements, on-time delivery ensured that Deutsche Post AG realised benefits at the earliest opportunity, with significant annual cost savings identified since going live.
