The GO system allows a customer to order a new Mercedes-Benz exactly to the customer’s preferences and notifies them when it will be delivered. Orders are directly booked into the production program of the plant.
In return, the plant confirms the delivery dates immediately. Numerous systems
such as sales planning, dealer management systems, etc. are linked with GO. All
Mercedes-Benz passenger cars are now ordered via GO.
