Architecture and the Integrated Architecture Framework
Capgemini has developed a unique approach and common language for all stages of architecture design called the Integrated Architecture Framework
Enterprise and Solutions Architecture are increasingly important for business and project success, with both the role and approach rapidly maturing across the industry, adding value and contributing to the success of many businesses.
Capgemini acknowledged the value of architecture in 1993 when it originally developed its architecture framework and approach. The approach and framework has been steadily evolving since then. Capgemini has developed and successfully deployed the architecture framework known as the Integrated Architecture Framework (IAF). The framework is currently in its third major version, and is supported by a comprehensive education program and established certification scheme. At the same time, Capgemini has developed one of the largest global Enterprise Architecture practices in the industry.
