The BBC website has quoted Jawad Shaikh, head of the TME Strategy Lab, in an article discussing the launch of Vdafone’s “Simply” service. Entitled
“A Back-to-Basics Mobile Launched”, the article highlights the research published in Capgemini’s report Recharging Mobile Innovation indicating how important most users see simplicity in a mobile phone service.
