Capgemini, HP and Intel participate at ECR Europe in Stockholm

ECR Europe 2006 a big success

Capgemini, together with Intel and HP, had a strong presence last week at the annual ECR (Efficient Consumer Response) conference held in Stockholm, the capital of Sweden.  ECR, which attracts around 3,000 people from the consumer products and retail sectors, was filled with interesting sessions and speakers. 

At our booth, which we shared with Intel and HP, visitors were introduced to our joint program, CP-Connect — Connect, Create, Compete. Delegates were able to view our new Data Quality video (launched at ECR), experience the possibilities of using digital media in stores by getting a Retail Media Networks demo or learn more about our other focus areas:

  • Improve Data Quality through Master Data Management and Data Quality Audits
  • Accelerate Decisions via Business Intelligence solutions
  • Reduce out-of Stocks through Consumer-Driven Replenishment and RFID solutions
  • Increase Trade Fund ROI through Trade Promotion Management and Retail Media Networks solutions

Our cartoonist was certainly one of the highlights at the booth.  Many people stopped by just to watch him work as he found interesting and memorable ways to illustrate business issues.  The finished cartoons were then given to delegates and clients as a personalized keepsake of their booth experience.  And in keeping with the Swedish theme, we also offered our visitors real moose meat and moose key rings.
