Capgemini and NTT Data Finalize Alliance Transaction
Capgemini announces the formation of an alliance with Japan’s NTT Data Corporation.

Capgemini, a world leader in consulting technology and outsourcing services, today announced the successful closing of transactions related to the formation of an alliance with Japan’s NTT Data Corporation, including the acquisition by NTT Data of 95% of the issued and outstanding shares of Capgemini Japan K.K. The alliance will offer many potential benefits to both entities on a global basis.
