Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Sign Six-Year BCCS Contract With Denmark’s Telia Telecom

Telia Telecom and Cap Gemini Telecom Media & Networks Danmark A/S have signed a contract for delivery of a new Billing and Customer Care System solution (BCCS) to include a six-year billing services outsourcing deal. This is the biggest single contract Cap Gemini Ernst & Young has signed in Denmark to date.
Telia Telecom A/S, a subsidiary of the leading Nordic telecoms provider Telia Sweden, supplies a range of telephone, IP and ADSL broadband services to both residential and business customers across Denmark. Telecom Media Networks is an industry practice of the Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Group one of the largest IT- and management consulting firms in the world.

It supports Telia Telecom’s business needs now but at the same time can be quickly adapted to cope with ever changing market conditions in the future.
