Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Extends Global Partnership with SoloMio

CGE&Y To Support Implementation of SoloMio's Smart Call Services Platform in Spain

MADRID and AUSTIN, Texas -(Feb. 18, 2003) - SoloMio Corp.(www.solomio.com), the industry-leading provider of value-added services software for mobile operators, and Telecom Media Networks (TMN), a global industry practice of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, announced today that they are partnering in Spain to deliver systems integration and strategic consulting expertise to SoloMio customers.

As part of the agreement, TMN will be establishing a new center of competence and excellence in Spain to meet future customer requirements and demand expected from the Spanish market, which is expected to grow exponentially. A first competence center is already in place in France. Leveraging a 2 year relationship with TMN as a partner for its Real-time Call Services, SoloMio will use the agreement to extend TMN’s systems and consulting expertise to ensure rapid integration and deployment of their Smart Call Services Platform into operators’ network environment and services strategy.

SoloMio and TMN are working together to provide its customers and clients network-based services software that integrates existing network infrastructure and messaging platforms to enable rapid, repeatable service delivery, deployment, and time to revenue. A proven leader in its industry, TMN has the expertise to manage effectively the IT and network integration, service customization and bundling, and back office integration and support for SoloMio’s operator deployments. Simultaneously, TMN will also be implementing the SoloMio Office Call Service, an enterprise solution which enables professionals to monitor and intercept calls on their mobile from corporate PBX systems, adding another layer of efficiencies for executives on the move.
