Unstructured processes and dynamic BPM
Organizations increasingly need to deal with unstructured processes that ordinary Business Process Management (BPM) solutions were not designed to cope with. Case Management is a way to govern and control these unstructured processes, but Case Management solutions can be challenging to develop.
