Capgemini implemented an IV&V certification program which includes training on project, risk and quality management, requirements management and traceability, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), solution and architecture assessment and performance metrics and measurement. Our program also includes IV&V services delivery training led by the IV&V Solution Lead. Capgemini’s certification program has three levels, Practitioner; Sr. Practitioner, and Subject Matter Expert and requires Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
