Job Description
Roles &
responsibilities:
- Serves as IT SPOC and
Consultant for business stake holders on macro IT requirements - Develops, clarifies and
manages the scope of the project, defines deliverables and achieves targeted
outcomes - Oversees IT infrastructure
and build-out projects - Responsible for tracking
progress against target objectives, resolves dependencies between critical
work-streams - Maintains financial
controls for recording, monitoring, forecasting and budgeting of all
project related costs - Continues to update and
improve project methodologies - Reviews, collates,
maintains and highlights changes to project plans - Produces periodic Project
Status report - Ensures adherence to set
policies and procedures
Skills Required:
- Demonstrated leadership
qualities such as conflict/issue resolution, the ability to run a project
and ensure a successful project lifecycle - Ability to communicate
(verbally and in writing) effectively with stakeholders, senior business
leadership and external clients. - Ability to organize and
collaborate effectively with internal and external stake holders - Demonstrated experience
and relevant expertise in the design and building of distributed and
enterprise solutions. - Prior experience of working
in a large IT Projects, preparation of Project Status Reports and
Dashboards - Ability to work under
pressure
