Job Description:

SAP Test Manager For Strategic program delivery 12-15 years testing experience.

Job specification/Skills/Experience:

* SAP Testing experience on modules like SAP FSCD or RI or FI/CO or BPC or BW for atleast 2 years
* Exp in BFSI domain a must overseas experience is a MUST Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Very good experience of creating proposals and estimating large programs / projects.
* Exposure to Sales / Sales support role is a MUST Exposure to END to End SDLC projects.
* 8 + years in Test Management positions.
* Excellent People management skills Managed 100+ member teams
* Experience managing large and complex programs with multi-party / multi-site interactions
Primary Skills:
* Should have handled large projects teams
* Excellent leader, leads by example, creating high performance teams & motivating them
* Excellent FS background
* Excellent Function Testing experience along with exposure to non functional testing
* Excellent in project communication & reporting
* Excellent in Risk, Issue & Escalation management, Should have decent negotiation & conflict resolution skills
