SIT Test Manager (with SOA Testing) - 12- 15 Yrs - Bangalore

Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities):

·         Prepare SIT test strategy and execute it

·         Manage various applications stakeholder expectations

·         Identify knowledge gap and close the gaps the earliest

·         Demonstrate & advocate effective usage of the testing tools to drive the productivity of the team

·         Manage various applications stakeholder expectations.

·         Schedule SIT workshops.

·         Define and manage end to end test scenarios covering various applications

·         Manage test data requirements

·         Responsible end to end test execution including TEM and P&V

·         Provide SIT execution status by maintaining up to date metrics

·         Manage SIT defect triage meeting involving all the stakeholders

·         Identify & mitigate the project Risks well ahead and get it escalated to the Program director /Project manager

Job specification/Skills/Experience (candidate exp required):

·           13+ years of experience in testing with a minimum 3-5 years of experience in leading a project testing of team size of 5 to 20 testers.

·         Should have managed at least one Middleware upgrade project testing

• Manage end to end SIT for 10+ applications

• Experience in setting up a new team.

• Desired experience in Middleware SOA based testing etc
