In my role of Principal Technology Officer at Capgemini in The Netherlands I focus on innovation of software development. This includes (agile) software development methodologies, UML, DSL's, agility, software factories, model driven architecture, design and anti-patterns, service oriented architectures, using both Java and Microsoft technologies.
