Maximo Consultant (Developer)- 2 to 4 years - Hyderabad

Job Description:

•Associate would be working as Maximo Consultant (Developer)
•He would be responsible for monitoring the communication channels (mail box and phone), perform Incident Management by adhering to the defined SLAs
•Also would be monitoring the recurring incidents, perform problem management and escalate to the next level of support or development team when required
•He would be responsible for monitoring the systems by using the information system’s monitoring tools and Ensure that these tools are in line with our needs and take initiatives to improve their efficiency
•He would be managing the environments (production and pre-production) by performing various activities such as sanity checks, capacity planning
•He would be Leading  the release management process by preparing the package, schedule the release, deployment of package and post production checks
•He would be providing the  engineering support for incoming tickets, including extensive troubleshooting and debugging, with responsibilities covering multiple product lines
•He would be responsible for the Customer notification and workflow co-ordination and follow-up to maintain service level agreements

Specification / Skills / Experience:
 
•Should have a good working experience on Maximo 7 and 7.5, technical knowledge

Primary Skills (Must have):

•Maximo 7& 7.5 technical knowledge
•Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
•BIRT reports.
•Java
•J2EE

Secondary Skills (Nice to have):

•SQL
•Websphere
•Unix

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2 to 4 years
