FMW Architect (Oracle SOA Suite)- 10 to 16 years - Bangalore

Job Description:

• Associate would be working as a FMW Architect (Oracle SOA Suite)

• Associate would be  working at individual capacity, managing customers of multiple projects

Specification / Skills / Experience:

·         Should have total IT experience of approx 12-15 years, which includes at least 5 years on Oracle Fusion Middleware

·         Should have managed at least 3-4 end to end large integration projects in Oracle Fusion Middleware with core responsibility in the role of Technical/Solution Architect and overall project delivery management.

·         Should possess strong knowledge on Best Practices and Delivery governance of large integration projects.

·         Should be aware of strength and weaknesses of all competing middleware technologies in the integration domain.

·         Should be able to review solutions/architectures and estimates involving Oracle Fusion Middleware components like Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle BPM , Oracle Service Bus, Web Center, OIM and UCM.

·         Should have a focus and demonstrated example on knowledge harvesting techniques and building of reusable assets for the organization in the Oracle FMW domain.

·         Should possess a strong knowledge of the Fusion Middleware and its alignment with Oracle Strategy on AIA, Fusion Applications and Cloud based models.

·         Should be able to mentor and manage a workforce in diverse technology areas such as Java, Databases, ERP, BPEL and XML technologies.

·         Should be certified on Oracle Fusion Middleware. Additional certifications on other leading middleware platforms like TIBCO, Web Sphere, Web methods etc. will be an advantage.

·         Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills. Should have managed client expectations in a customer facing role in his past projects.

·         Should have certification on project management like PMP, ITIL, Prince2 etc.

·         Strong exposure to Project Governance, Scope Management, Planning and execution skills required, Project financials

·         Should have experience on different Oracle project methodologies - Implementation, Global Rollouts, Upgrades
