Client Engagement Manager (Testing Services) – 13-16 Yrs - Belgium – Hyderabad

Job Description:-

·         Manage existing testing engagement which is multi location. Manage Forecasting, Resourcing, financials, reporting (internal and external)

·         Manage client expectations

·         Aggressively explore existing opportunities to expand the team ,

·         Identify new opportunities,

·         Manage expectations of the client in regards to off shoring

·         Help the client transform internally to work with off shoring partners ( this means enabling internal organization, work assignment process, streaming the forecasting process etc.,)

·          Help client understand “Testing Managed services” and implement it.

Specification / Skills:- 

·         Client coordination.

·          Preparation and approvals of test strategy / Project plan and Final summary report.

·          Manages cost, time, quality, risk, scope and resources, Client relationship.

·         Responsible for laying out Test Planning and Test Management.

·         Active participation in strategic Setup/review/update governance model addressing task allocation, monitoring etc.

·         Co-ordinate and manage the schedules of the test team working along with the onsite coordinator

Location: Belgium – Hyderabad (Base location)

Experience: 13-16 Yrs
