Kanbay came in 1st in the Forbes Fast Tech 25 ranking for highest growth rate in 2006. Capgemini acquired Kanbay in February 2007.
Compiled by Forbes, the Fast Tech 25 is an annual list of America’s fastest-growing public technology companies. The ranking is based on annual sales gains. Kanbay International was judged to be the best performer, with sales rising 82% between in the 12 months to January 2007.
Kanbay provides a highly integrated suite of management consulting, technology integration and development, and outsourcing solutions. The company focuses on financial services and consumer and industrial products.
The acquisition of Kanbay has strengthened Capgemini’s presence in North America and India, and reinforces our position as a global leader in the financial services sector.
