“Le Figaro”, dated September 30, 2005 published on the first page of its economic supplement section an article announcing that Mr. Pierre Danon, Group Chief Operating Officer, was a candidate for the position of President of the Directoire of the Accor Group and even stating that he had, like other candidates, been interviewed by the Nomination Committee of the hotel group.
