Capgemini completes the acquisition of Getronics PinkRoccade Business Application Services BV in the Netherlands
Capgemini has now acquired Getronics PinkRoccade Business Application Services BV (BAS BV) from Getronics Nederland N.V. With the approval of the European Commission and the relevant Workers Council, the acquisition, announced in July 2008, was closed yesterday.
