Through the acquisition of Getronics PinkRoccade Business Application Services BV, a leading player in the Dutch IT services market for the public sector, Capgemini extends its outsourcing activities in the Netherlands

Capgemini has reached today an agreement in principle with Getronics PinkRoccade (GPR) for the acquisition of Getronics PinkRoccade Business Application Services BV (BAS BV). This division regroups GPR’s applications services activities (applications development, maintenance and management) in the Netherlands. Through this acquisition, Capgemini will reinforce its leadership position in one of its key markets, while developing a stable portfolio of long-term applications management contracts in the public sector.
