In an industry characterized by turbulence and uncertainty this volume put forward some thoughts and predictions for the rapid growth of broadband; the stuttered adoption of 3G; the challenge of VoIP; the increasing competition and corresponding decline in prices; and the search for new services to drive ARPU growth.
