The brief biographies below should give you an idea of the variety experienced by our team members. There is no “typical” career path in Telecom, Media & Entertainment (TME) Consulting Services (CS) - your career is shaped according to both your capabilities and your desire to grow and develop.

Ari, Principal, London

Ari has experienced the truly international nature of the TME’s Consulting business. A native of Finland, he holds a Masters in Science (Economics & Finance) from the Helsinki School of Economics. He joined the company in Helsinki, moved to London, worked in the US team for 2 years and finally returned to London to head up TME’s Media Consulting team.

During his career at Capgemini he has worked on a wide variety of strategy, change management and process improvement projects with leading mobile telecom and media clients. Having a global network of colleagues makes a real difference to his current role: “On almost any topic I know we have expertise somewhere in the group – all I need to do is to pick up the phone.”

Roberto, Managing Consultant, Madrid

Roberto joined the London office in 1994 after graduating in Engineering from Cambridge University.

He joined the team after 2 years of working across industries. In 1997, he left Capgemini to obtain his MBA from Stanford University, returning to the London office upon graduation in 1999. He transferred to Spain in 2001 and has since become an integral part of the TME Consulting team in Madrid.

Roberto has helped both large incumbents and alternative players meet their business needs in areas such as development of a strategic business plan for a new mobile operator, post-merger integration of two organizations, implementation of new product development processes at a media company, and transformation of the customer experience for a fixed-line broadband provider.

Throughout his career at Capgemini he has worked on client projects all over the world, in more than 15 countries in the 5 continents. He speaks English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish, and has worked in all 5 of these languages.
