We are looking for people who have:

  • An interest in or a passion for the sector. Prior experience in the telecom and media industry and/or in consulting is favoured.
  • Outstanding intellectual rigour with robust problem solving and analytical skills and experience.

All TME CS regions run a similar recruitment process. Candidates are required to undergo:

  • An interview with an HR representative and a consultant to assess mutual fit
  • One or two content cases/discussions, led by consultants from the team  (depending on the level of experience)
  • A closing interview with a VP from the relevant unit
