All TME CS regions run a similar recruitment process. Candidates are required to undergo:
- An interview with an HR representative and a consultant to assess mutual fit
- One or two content cases/discussions, led by consultants from the team (depending on the level of experience)
- A closing interview with a VP from the relevant unit
