Our commitment to our people is articulated around 5 key principles.

  1. We believe in continual professional development. Each consultant has a mentor who follows and advises him throughout his career. A strong on-boarding process also helps the newly hired to acquire the content that they need. Investment in local and global training is continuous and gives our people opportunities to grow.
  2. Meritocracy is the basis of our approach to people and we are a role based organization.
  3. Expectations are set out clearly. Consultants are evaluated against a clear global competency model based on maturity criteria for each level.
  4. We have a strong feed back culture, tangible through regular engagement reviews, twice yearly performance reviews and personal development plans.

Career paths

Five consulting grades are used  Consultant, Senior Consultant, Managing Consultant, Principal and Vice President. There is one Career Path, in which we require individuals to demonstrate a blended set of capabilities (Delivery, Sales & Content knowledge).

International mobility is a unique feature of TME CS. As part of a global team, consultants are regularly being offered cross staffing and secondment opportunities: spending 6 months to launch a mobile operator in countries like Jordan, Kenya or Bulgaria is a possibility as well as starting one’s career in Helsinki to eventually join TME CS UK.
