About Henrik Danielsen

Henrik is an experienced business developer and project manager with a background in IT, Telecommunications and Finance gained in some of Denmark’s largest companies. He joined Capgemini in 2008 to pursue a passion for crafting solutions in Healthcare. Since then he has delivered IT strategies and eHealth deployments across Denmark for the National Health Services, and for new hospital builds. Henrik believes that Healthcare organizations can often learn from the experience of the private sector, for example homebanking and self-service solutions within the Finance and Telecommunication sectors. Henrik holds a Masters in Business Administration and Economics from the Aarhus School of Business and a corporate MBA from INSEAD in Paris, and has studied Innovation Management at MIT / Sloan Business School. In addition to kayaking, swimming, diving and mountain biking, he gets his daily health injection by cycling to and from work - although this is only a short 35 km ride.

Danes stress hospital doctors with email consultation!

  In a recent article in a Danish Medicine Magazine “Dagens Medicin” a hospital doctor was quoted for getting stress in replying to emails sent by patients. The hospital doctors are bombarded with emails from patients, relatives and students.
