List of projects: Manufacturing Company: Project Manager for the implementation of SharePoint 2010 as an ECM platform for large multinational. Central Government: Technical Assurance Lead for a large program with annual budget in excess of £5m. Acted as technical QA and business liaison to provide alignment between program and the business objectives. Transport Infrastructure Provider: Provided Solutioning and Quality Assurance on a project to integrate SharePoint and Documentum. The solution enabled the organization to improve their Collaboration with Third Part Providers. Police Force: Lead Architect on a project to implement a Case Management solution for a department within a large Police Force. The solution was based on Documentum but also included SAP BI and Oracle Service Bus. Oil & Gas: Solution Architect on a project to implement Documentum into a Facilities Management company. Project reduced storage costs by establishing an EDM system and also reduced the time for end users to receive information. Central Government: Lead Architect on a major Portal program for a central government department. I was the lead architect on the project reporting into a Design Authority.
