Sheeba Zutshi

My day starts with a 20 minutes bus drive from my home to office. I reach by 9 am every day and the first thing I do is to take a look at the queue of requirements which are tagged to me and based on that I prioritize and plan my order of the day via a “TO DO LIST.”

Then I have lunch with team mates, where we share food, discuss about each other’s work/family, and also share some lighter moments with each other to refresh the mood and uplift the energy for the rest of the day.

After that I get involved in discussions with different teams – delivery/ recruitment.

I have been to Bengaluru, Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Chennai for various recruitment drives and got chance to interact with the teams/resources from different regions and areas. I also got an opportunity to handle huge walk-in drives, which was a good experience for me. It was a learning environment all around and we had a fun time with the team when we were travelling. Got chance to understand each other better.

I am a fun loving person, and enjoy spending time with friends, travelling and cooking Kashmiri Chicken for my friends.
I have participated in all the extra-curricular activities organized by Capgemini;  fashion show being one of them. I ensure that I maintain balance between my personal and professional life and enjoy both to the fullest.

I have had the opportunity to express my voice and independently  take on decisions to complete assignments, which is the best thing I enjoy at Capgemini. I would like to add, we have seniors who are approachable and can be reached out for any kind of assistance/ support anytime. They are mentors in real sense. It’s a fun filled environment with lot of energy and positive motivation all around. Truly amazing!!!

Currently I’m handling team of five team members for legacy stack Initially when I got into FS Java account, it was very challenging because of the high work volume and key accounts being part of the FS group. But gradually this helped me to grow professionally and personally as well. I got a chance to work end to end from sourcing to recruitment to fulfill the positions. I even received appreciations for quick turnaround for niche skills. For me, it’s the hurdles, which brings the best out of us.
