My day starts with a follow-up on pending work and checking of emails, post which I plan and structure the entire day’s agenda and create the To-do list where I mark the priorities. Beyond this, I check the updates on our enterprise social network site.
 
The research request work goes hand in hand with team meetings and informal discussions. I always try to bring more benefit to a wider audience, so I summarize the interesting researches and post them on our enterprise social networking platform.
 
My job requires me to read more and gain insight on current market trends; hence I tend to browse through various technology and research sites regularly.

I am located in Mumbai as of now, and wish to avail an opportunity to travel for work.

For me ‘people’ is the key word. I live and breathe social life day-in day-out and strongly believe in the strength of people. They encourage me with their ideas, topics, questions and solutions, regardless of their positions. At Capgemini, I have had the chance to meet and work with some great leaders, which gave me confidence to use my freedom of speech, value my contribution, and all this helped me to build strong organizational networks.

From November 2011, I have been writing points of view that express my sentiments and analysis on how social technologies are impacting today’s marketing, sales, and customer support interactions.
 
In addition, I would say that our Capgemini enterprise social networking platform really helped me gain the trust of our wider audience and the benefits from increased collaboration. With a great support of our thought leaders, I have been honored to publish my first write up on the group "Capping IT Off" site. Since Jan 2012, I have been contributing a monthly column on our site.

I love watching Television, cartoon movies, and browsing my phone to read interesting articles on social, digital and mobile topics. I’m passionate about sketching and make sure to give some time to complete one sketch per weekend. Apart from this, I try to cook and clean house on weekends.
