Service-delivery managers are client facing.
Key responsibilities include:

• Driving large-scale business change and process improvement.
• Leading delivery teams in determining how outsourcing can catalyze organizational change.
• Determining and managing service levels.

Director or Vice President
Key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with CS and TS practices to provide strategic and sales leadership at the local and regional level.
• Capitalizing on existing experience to lead the practice in a specific industry area or for a particular client.
