Roles for Graduates and Young Professionals
New recruits focus on applications management, infrastructure management, or business processes outsourcing. The roles we offer include:
Application Management Services
Application Analyst: maintains, supports, develops and enhances customers’ applications and systems. Works with 3rd party suppliers to ensure that Service Level Agreements are respected.
Junior Test Analyst: undertakes the systematic assurance and testing of products or systems in isolation, as a discrete entity, or as part of an integrated process.
Infrastructure Management
Procurement Analyst: provides hardware and software quotations to clients. Manages the purchasing process for clients, ensuring value for money and the provision of quality products. Manages suppliers and seeks opportunities to develop relationships.
Operator: ensures the optimal performance of equipment and systems which provide central and online services to clients.
Business Process Outsourcing
Administrator: provides administration for various HR shared services (e.g. HR, Payroll, Training, Offer Management) using appropriate computer systems. Organizes the service in line with requests and produces reports and statistics for managers.
Senior Administrator: ensures the delivery of a high quality, customer-focused client service. Continually strives to improve processes, keeping operational procedures up to date and ensuring daily activities are performed.
