Requirements (Must meet the following two requirements)
· Significant SharePoint Development Experience
· Any additional Microsoft Development Technologies
· General software architecture with an emphasis on MS Technologies
· Experience with application, network and general security solutions / issues
· Ability to evaluate new technologies
· Software QA Automation
· Excellent communication skills
· Adaptable to different management styles
· Ability/experience leading technical and non-technical discussions
