Capgemini has established recognized professional-interest networks designed to support employees in their day-to-day activities and aid professional growth by providing expert advice, discussion forums and developing curricula and training opportunities.

Internal certification

A four-level certification program allows staff members to demonstrate their specialized knowledge and experience, while increasing their marketability.

Certification also enables us to put the right people in the right jobs and gives our clients a clear understanding of the proficiency levels they can expect.

We have six main internal certifications for:

External certification

The Group’s long-standing external certification policy was expanded in 2005 through online learning programs offering the possibility of external affiliation.

Group employees were awarded the Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals (MVP) awards for outstanding contributions to Microsoft communities of experts and the Emeritus Member award by BMC Remedy products.
