In today’s unpredictable business environment, the need for responsible business practices is more critical than ever. This video explains Capgemini’s commitment to the community and the environment, to deliver added value to our stakeholders – employees, clients, shareholders, investors, suppliers and business partners.

Our Responsibility and Sustainability Principles

Since 2003, the senior management of Capgemini has been implementing its Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability program. These principles, including our shared values and ethics, guide our relationships with our employees, clients, the communities in which we operate, our suppliers and business partners and our impact on the environment.

The United Nations Global Compact

In 2004, as a natural step in the evolution of our focus on social responsibility and sustainability, we joined the UN Global Compact. The member companies of this program support and respect ten principles relating to human rights, the environment, labor rights, and anti-corruption.

We have adopted a pragmatic approach to monitoring our corporate social responsibility, including commitments publicly documented in our annual report reference document. We recently published a formal code of ethics that embraces the principles of the Global Compact.
